Emergency vet bill for Willow in São Paulo
Willow, Ronaldo's rabbit, needs urgent treatment for severe tick fever costing $700.
Anywhere in the world722 views
Willow is my rabbit of three years. On 6 September we rushed to São Paulo Veterinary Centre with severe tick fever. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $700.
They have stabilized Willow, but the treatment can't wait beyond December.
Willow is more than a pet - Willow is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to São Paulo Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Willow's recovery.
Where the $700 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $450
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $150
• Medication and follow-up visits: $45
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $55
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

sending strength, Ronaldo. Hope the recovery goes smoothly. Please keep us posted.
Hang in there. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Sent it to 29 people at work. Take care.
hope you get there. After 27 years in hospitality I know how hard it's to ask for anything
