Emergency vet bill for Willow in Nsukka

Willow is my rescue greyhound of eleven years. On 5 August we rushed to the Nsukka Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $400. They have stabilized Willow, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Willow is more than a pet - Willow is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Nsukka Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
