Emergency vet bill for Willow in Los Angeles

Please help Sharon pay for Willow's emergency treatment at Los Angeles Animal Hospital.

Los Angeles
Willow is my German shepherd of six years. On 21 April we rushed to Los Angeles Animal Hospital with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $3,150. They have stabilized Willow, but the treatment can't wait beyond June. Willow is more than a pet - Willow is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $330 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Los Angeles Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals. Where the $3,150 goes: • Emergency surgery: $2,000 • Hospitalization (2 nights): $660 • Medication and follow-up visits: $240 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $250 Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

  1. Good news. Because of your gifts ($291 in total) I met with the vet clinic and confirmed the amounts. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.

  2. We're at 7% thanks to 5 of you. I made the first payment toward hospitalization. More news soon.

  3. Small update. $167 so far, I met with the vet clinic and confirmed the amounts.
