Emergency vet bill for Willow in Lahore

Willow is my German shepherd of nine years. On 2 September we rushed to Lahore Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $300. They have stabilized Willow, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Willow is more than a pet - Willow walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $30 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
