Emergency vet bill for Willow in Half-Way Tree

Willow is my tabby kitten of six years. On 13 August we rushed to Half-Way Tree Veterinary Centre with pyometra. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $600. They have stabilized Willow, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Willow is more than a pet - Willow is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $90 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Half-Way Tree Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals. Where the $600 goes: • Emergency surgery: $360 • Hospitalization (3 nights): $110 • Medication and follow-up visits: $60 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $70 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
