Emergency vet bill for Willow in Freiburg
A senior cat named Willow needs emergency surgery - a $2,250 bill the family can't cover.

Willow is my senior cat of thirteen years. On 12 April we rushed to the Freiburg Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $2,250.
They have stabilized Willow, but the treatment can't wait beyond July.
Willow is more than a pet - Willow is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $300 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Freiburg Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Willow's recovery.
Where the $2,250 goes:
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $380
• Emergency surgery: $1,750
• Medication and follow-up visits: $120

Hospitalization (2 nights) is $380 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Good question.
