Emergency vet bill for Tucker in New Orleans

Tucker is my three-legged dog of six years. On 29 December we rushed to New Orleans Veterinary Centre with pyometra. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $1,600. They have stabilized Tucker, but the treatment can't wait beyond February. Tucker is more than a pet - Tucker is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $120 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to New Orleans Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals. Where the $1,600 goes: • Emergency surgery: $960 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $145 • Hospitalization (3 nights): $495 Thanks for being kind about this.
