Tucker is my rescue greyhound of nine years. On 21 February we rushed to Cairo Veterinary Centre with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $450. They have stabilized Tucker, but the treatment can't wait beyond May. Tucker is more than a pet - Tucker is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Cairo Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals. Where the $450 goes: • Emergency surgery: $310 • Hospitalization (3 nights): $65 • Medication and follow-up visits: $30 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $45 Every share and every dollar helps.
