Emergency vet bill for Tucker in Addis Ababa

Tucker is my dog of three years. On 11 October we rushed to the Addis Ababa Emergency Vet Clinic with kidney failure. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $205. They have stabilized Tucker, but the treatment can't wait beyond December. Tucker is more than a pet - Tucker is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $25 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Addis Ababa Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals. Where the $205 goes: • Hospitalization (2 nights): $55 • Emergency surgery: $145 • Medication and follow-up visits: $5 I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to. - Eyob
