Emergency vet bill for Tucker in Accra

Tucker is my rescue greyhound of six years. On 24 December we rushed to Accra Veterinary Centre with bloat. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $400. They have stabilized Tucker, but the treatment can't wait beyond March. Tucker is more than a pet - Tucker got me through my hardest year. I have already put $55 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Accra Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Tucker's recovery.
