Emergency vet bill for Tucker in Abuja

Tucker is my tabby kitten of three years. On 14 April we rushed to the Abuja Emergency Vet Clinic with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Tucker, but the treatment can't wait beyond June. Tucker is more than a pet - Tucker walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Abuja Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals. Where the $250 goes: • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $30 • Hospitalization (3 nights): $105 • Emergency surgery: $115 Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
