Emergency vet bill for Teddy in Turin
Teddy, Rita's German shepherd, needs urgent treatment for kidney failure costing $1,800.

Teddy is my German shepherd of eleven years. On 27 April we rushed to Turin Animal Hospital with kidney failure. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $1,800.
They have stabilized Teddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond July.
Teddy is more than a pet - Teddy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $155 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Turin Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Teddy's recovery.
Where the $1,800 goes:
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $330
• Emergency surgery: $1,250
• Medication and follow-up visits: $220
