Emergency vet bill for Teddy in Nairobi

Teddy is my senior cat of nine years. On 13 October we rushed to the Nairobi Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $450.
They have stabilized Teddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond February.
Teddy is more than a pet - Teddy is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $60 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Nairobi Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $450 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $260
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $65
• Medication and follow-up visits: $60
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $65
