Emergency vet bill for Teddy in Guarulhos

Teddy is my rescue greyhound of three years. On 21 October we rushed to the Guarulhos Emergency Vet Clinic with kidney failure. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $750. They have stabilized Teddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond December. Teddy is more than a pet - Teddy is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $90 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to the Guarulhos Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Teddy's recovery.
