Emergency vet bill for Sunny in Saket
Sunny, Rony's three-legged dog, needs urgent treatment for pyometra costing $500.

Sunny is my three-legged dog of six years. On 20 September we rushed to Saket Animal Hospital with pyometra. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $500.
They have stabilized Sunny, but the treatment can't wait beyond December.
Sunny is more than a pet - Sunny is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Saket Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $500 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $360
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $65
• Medication and follow-up visits: $20
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $55
