Emergency vet bill for Sunny in Dammam
Sunny, Sami's senior cat, needs urgent treatment for a ruptured cruciate ligament costing $900.
🇸🇦 Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia1,150 views
Sunny is my senior cat of two years. On 22 February we rushed to Dammam Veterinary Centre with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $900.
They have stabilized Sunny, but the treatment can't wait beyond April.
Sunny is more than a pet - Sunny is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $190 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Dammam Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Sunny's recovery.
Where the $900 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $185
• Emergency surgery: $380
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $335
With deep gratitude,
Sami

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Wish I lived closer to Munich so I could bring a meal.
Thinking of you. I hope things turn around soon. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Thinking of Dammam.
Hope things get better soon. Hope you get there. Sent it to 12 people at work. Greetings from Nsukka
Wishing you peace, Sami. We've got a rescue too so I know how much they mean. Don't give up. Thinking of Dammam.
