Emergency vet bill for Simba in Tamale
A cat named Simba needs an operation to remove the blockage - a $450 bill the family can't cover.

Simba is my cat of two years. On 26 April we rushed to the Tamale Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $450.
They have stabilized Simba, but the treatment can't wait beyond July.
Simba is more than a pet - Simba walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Tamale Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $450 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $270
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $90
• Medication and follow-up visits: $50
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $40
