Emergency vet bill for Simba in São Paulo

Simba is my tabby kitten of eleven years. On 11 July we rushed to the São Paulo Emergency Vet Clinic with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $750. They have stabilized Simba, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Simba is more than a pet - Simba is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $60 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the São Paulo Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
