Emergency vet bill for Simba in Manila

Simba is my tabby kitten of eleven years. On 27 October we rushed to the Manila Emergency Vet Clinic with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $400. They have stabilized Simba, but the treatment can't wait beyond January. Simba is more than a pet - Simba got me through my hardest year. I have already put $30 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Manila Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
