Emergency vet bill for Simba in Da Nang

Simba is my German shepherd of six years. On 6 September we rushed to Da Nang Animal Hospital with kidney failure. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $200. They have stabilized Simba, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Simba is more than a pet - Simba is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $15 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Da Nang Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Simba's recovery.
