Emergency vet bill for Rosie in Onitsha
Rosie, Kunle's cat, needs urgent treatment for severe tick fever costing $300.

Rosie is my cat of nine years. On 20 February we rushed to Onitsha Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $300.
They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond May.
Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Onitsha Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $300 goes:
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $35
• Emergency surgery: $230
• Medication and follow-up visits: $35
