Emergency vet bill for Rosie in Nashik

Rosie is my tabby kitten of eleven years. On 20 September we rushed to Nashik Veterinary Centre with kidney failure. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $150. They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Nashik Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
