Emergency vet bill for Rosie in Mobile

Rosie is my German shepherd of eleven years. On 28 May we rushed to the Mobile Emergency Vet Clinic with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $2,850. They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond August. Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $260 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Mobile Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
