Rosie is my three-legged dog of nine years. On 28 June we rushed to the Mbarara Emergency Vet Clinic with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Mbarara Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
