Emergency vet bill for Rosie in Dodoma

Rosie is my rescue greyhound of thirteen years. On 30 June we rushed to Dodoma Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $450. They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond August. Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Dodoma Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
