Emergency vet bill for Rocky in London

Rocky is my three-legged dog of two years. On 17 April we rushed to London Animal Hospital with kidney failure. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $1,050.
They have stabilized Rocky, but the treatment can't wait beyond July.
Rocky is more than a pet - Rocky is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $110 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to London Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $135
• Emergency surgery: $760
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $155
