Emergency vet bill for Rocky in Dwarka

Rocky is my tabby kitten of nine years. On 18 April we rushed to Dwarka Veterinary Centre with severe tick fever. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $300.
They have stabilized Rocky, but the treatment can't wait beyond July.
Rocky is more than a pet - Rocky is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $55 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Dwarka Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Rocky's recovery.
Where the $300 goes:
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $50
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $55
• Emergency surgery: $195
