Emergency vet bill for Rocky in Buenos Aires

Rocky is my senior cat of thirteen years. On 17 July we rushed to the Buenos Aires Emergency Vet Clinic with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $800. They have stabilized Rocky, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Rocky is more than a pet - Rocky is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $90 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
