Emergency vet bill for Poppy in Thủ Đức

Poppy is my dog of two years. On 1 July we rushed to Thủ Đức Veterinary Centre with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $150. They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $55 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Thủ Đức Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
