Emergency vet bill for Poppy in San Antonio
A rabbit named Poppy needs a hospital stay and surgery - a $2,000 bill the family can't cover.

Poppy is my rabbit of thirteen years. On 22 August we rushed to San Antonio Veterinary Centre with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $2,000.
They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $250 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to San Antonio Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.

• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $155
