Emergency vet bill for Poppy in Katowice

Poppy is my tabby kitten of eleven years. On 17 August we rushed to the Katowice Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $1,000. They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $120 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Katowice Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
