Emergency vet bill for Poppy in Brescia

Poppy is my dog of thirteen years. On 25 August we rushed to the Brescia Emergency Vet Clinic with kidney failure. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $700. They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $85 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Brescia Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
