Emergency vet bill for Poppy in Anaheim
A rabbit named Poppy needs a hospital stay and surgery - a $1,450 bill the family can't cover.

Poppy is my rabbit of six years. On 22 September we rushed to Anaheim Animal Hospital with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $1,450.
They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $240 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Anaheim Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $1,450 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $195
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $130
• Emergency surgery: $1,125

Hope the recovery goes smoothly. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Love from Nagpur.
best of luck. We've got a rescue too so I know how much they mean. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.
