Emergency vet bill for Pixel in Dayton

Pixel is my dog of three years. On 6 February we rushed to Dayton Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $2,100. They have stabilized Pixel, but the treatment can't wait beyond May. Pixel is more than a pet - Pixel is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $135 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Dayton Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
