Emergency vet bill for Pixel in Buenos Aires
Pixel, María's German shepherd, needs urgent treatment for pyometra costing $550.

Pixel is my German shepherd of three years. On 5 September we rushed to Buenos Aires Veterinary Centre with pyometra. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $550.
They have stabilized Pixel, but the treatment can't wait beyond December.
Pixel is more than a pet - Pixel walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Buenos Aires Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Pixel's recovery.
Where the $550 goes:
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $85
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $210
• Emergency surgery: $255
Thanks for being kind about this.
- María

Thinking of you, María. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. God bless.
