Tangier

Pepper is my tabby kitten of two years. On 13 May we rushed to Tangier Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $400. They have stabilized Pepper, but the treatment can't wait beyond July. Pepper is more than a pet - Pepper got me through my hardest year. I have already put $70 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Tangier Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Pepper's recovery. Where the $400 goes: • Emergency surgery: $240 • Hospitalization (4 nights): $75 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $85 Thank you so much. - Duha

Updates from Duha

Good news. Because of your gifts ($190 in total) I met with the vet clinic and confirmed the amounts. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
39% there. I made the first payment toward diagnostics. Thank you.
Update from Tangier: we've booked the dates and paid the deposit. We're at 9% of the goal. Thank you for believing in us.
