Emergency vet bill for Pepper in Narayanganj
A rescue greyhound named Pepper needs a hospital stay and surgery - a $300 bill the family can't cover.

Pepper is my rescue greyhound of nine years. On 17 September we rushed to Narayanganj Veterinary Centre with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $300.
They have stabilized Pepper, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Pepper is more than a pet - Pepper walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Narayanganj Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $300 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $145
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $80
• Medication and follow-up visits: $25
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $50
Thanks for reading all this.

Thinking of you. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. All the best
Stay strong, Joya. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I'll check back for the next update. Love from Seville.
