Emergency vet bill for Pepper in Manila

Pepper is my senior cat of three years. On 1 October we rushed to Manila Animal Hospital with bloat. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $400. They have stabilized Pepper, but the treatment can't wait beyond December. Pepper is more than a pet - Pepper got me through my hardest year. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Manila Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
