Emergency vet bill for Pepper in Lviv
Pepper, Denis's senior cat, needs urgent treatment for bloat costing $450.
🇺🇦 Lviv, Lviv Oblast, Ukraine703 views
Pepper is my senior cat of three years. On 22 June we rushed to Lviv Veterinary Centre with bloat. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $450.
They have stabilized Pepper, but the treatment can't wait beyond August.
Pepper is more than a pet - Pepper got me through my hardest year. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Lviv Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $450 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $230
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $125
• Medication and follow-up visits: $65
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $30
With deep gratitude,
Denis

Praying for you. We've got a rescue too so I know how much they mean. We're a small family in Tarkwa but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Lviv.
Take care, Denis. Your post was clear and honest. I went through something like this 7 years ago and strangers helped me out.
