Emergency vet bill for Pepper in Khon Kaen

Pepper is my senior cat of nine years. On 14 August we rushed to Khon Kaen Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $700. They have stabilized Pepper, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Pepper is more than a pet - Pepper got me through my hardest year. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Khon Kaen Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Pepper's recovery.
