Kasarani
Pepper is my dog of eleven years. On 27 February we rushed to Kasarani Veterinary Centre with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $200. They have stabilized Pepper, but the treatment can't wait beyond May. Pepper is more than a pet - Pepper got me through my hardest year. I have already put $55 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Kasarani Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals. Where the $200 goes: • Hospitalization (3 nights): $95 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $60 • Medication and follow-up visits: $45 Thanks for reading all this. - John

Take care, John. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Blessings.

    • Your post was clear and honest. I went through something like this 8 years ago and strangers helped me out

      • I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My cousin had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Greetings from Haarlem
