Emergency vet bill for Pepper in Colombo

Pepper is my three-legged dog of thirteen years. On 14 December we rushed to Colombo Animal Hospital with kidney failure. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Pepper, but the treatment can't wait beyond February. Pepper is more than a pet - Pepper walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Colombo Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Pepper's recovery.
