Emergency vet bill for Oscar in Kinondoni
Oscar, Wangari's rabbit, needs urgent treatment for a broken leg after a road accident costing $250.

Oscar is my rabbit of two years. On 30 August we rushed to Kinondoni Animal Hospital with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $250.
They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $30 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Kinondoni Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $250 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $180
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $35
• Medication and follow-up visits: $30
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $5

Hope it all works out. Poor Oscar, hope they feel better soon. Love from Springfield.
Wishing you the best, Wangari. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did.
hang in there, Wangari. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Wish I lived closer to Aurangabad so I could bring a meal. Blessings.
