Emergency vet bill for Oscar in Jinja
Oscar, Ssebuliba's rabbit, needs urgent treatment for pyometra costing $300.

Oscar is my rabbit of eleven years. On 22 September we rushed to Jinja Animal Hospital with pyometra. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $300.
They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond January.
Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Jinja Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $300 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $30
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $30
• Emergency surgery: $240
