Emergency vet bill for Oscar in Ho
Oscar, Comfort's German shepherd, needs urgent treatment for severe tick fever costing $350.

Oscar is my German shepherd of three years. On 5 August we rushed to Ho Veterinary Centre with severe tick fever. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $350.
They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar got me through my hardest year. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Ho Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $350 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $175
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $80
• Medication and follow-up visits: $25
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $70
