Oscar is my tabby kitten of eleven years. On 27 August we rushed to Campinas Animal Hospital with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $300. They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $110 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Campinas Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Oscar's recovery. Where the $300 goes: • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $65 • Hospitalization (3 nights): $165 • Medication and follow-up visits: $70 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
