Oscar is my cat of two years. On 17 September we rushed to the Bilbao Emergency Vet Clinic with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $550. They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond December. Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $75 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Bilbao Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
