Emergency vet bill for Oscar in Akron
A rabbit named Oscar needs orthopedic surgery - a $2,850 bill the family can't cover.

Oscar is my rabbit of thirteen years. On 1 March we rushed to Akron Animal Hospital with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $2,850.
They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond June.
Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $390 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Akron Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $2,850 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,800
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $510
• Medication and follow-up visits: $160
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $380
