Emergency vet bill for Mocha in Valencia
Mocha, Citlali's dog, needs urgent treatment for a ruptured cruciate ligament costing $1,700.

Mocha is my dog of nine years. On 24 December we rushed to the Valencia Emergency Vet Clinic with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $1,700.
They have stabilized Mocha, but the treatment can't wait beyond March.
Mocha is more than a pet - Mocha got me through my hardest year. I have already put $210 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Valencia Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Mocha's recovery.
Where the $1,700 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $250
• Emergency surgery: $1,300
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $150
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
