Emergency vet bill for Mocha in Pune
Mocha, Anita's three-legged dog, needs urgent treatment for pyometra costing $250.

Mocha is my three-legged dog of thirteen years. On 6 December we rushed to Pune Animal Hospital with pyometra. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $250.
They have stabilized Mocha, but the treatment can't wait beyond February.
Mocha is more than a pet - Mocha got me through my hardest year. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Pune Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $250 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $135
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $65
• Medication and follow-up visits: $30
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $20
